Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we face a substantial delay in processing and shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Canada. Spice Orgy LLC will not be liable for delivery delays which can occur occasionally due to reasons which are beyond our control.

International Shipping Rates

International Shipping Policy
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Canada are subject to importation duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. We have no control of the additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your product. Spice Orgy LLC does not profit in any way from these additional charges. Spice Orgy LLC is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during delivery of packages. All fees acquired during and/or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected for review by your country’s Custom Department or Agency.

Damages
Spice Orgy LLC is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you feel as though your order is lost, please contact us via email info@spiceorgy.com and we will work diligently to help you track your order.

Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact our customer care team via email info@spiceorgy.com within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible for assessment. We request you to include photos and a description of the issue along with your order number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as swiftly as possible.
